Who is responsible for data processing?
The controller of your personal data is the Adapteo Group company with which you interact in the relevant context, for example, the company you contact or which provides services to you.

What personal data do we collect?
Depending on the purpose for which you contacted us, we may process:

Website and device data (if you visit our websites): IP address, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, pages visited, approximate location, browser information, and consent and opt-in signals.

Identity and contact details: name, surname, company, position, email address, telephone number, address (usually when you contact us, request information, register or start a business relationship).

Tarptautinis duomenų perdavimas
In some cases, we use the services of IT suppliers, business partners and professional advisors who, where necessary to provide their services, may access personal data from locations outside the EU/EEA, even if the personal data is generally stored within the EU/EEA.
Such transfers may be made either to countries officially recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection of personal data or, if the destination country does not have such a decision, subject to appropriate safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses. In doing so, we enter into appropriate contractual arrangements with recipients (such as a data processing agreement where the recipient acts as our processor, or appropriate controller-to-controller clauses where the recipient acts as an independent controller) and restrict access and use to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose. Where required, we also assess whether additional technical and organisational measures are necessary to protect the data in practice.
How long do we store your data?
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above or as required by law. Common examples include:

Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal consequences or similarly significant effects on you. If this changes in a specific case, we will inform you.
